Free entry and how to enter
Entry is free; no purchase or payment is necessary. During the Promotion Period, an eligible person may submit one entry through the designated Founding Member entry form on this website. The Promotion Period and final entry instructions are To Be Announced.
The Founding Member list page is not a giveaway entry while the promotion is closed. Joining that list only requests future updates. The current signup form requires consent to be contacted about the list and future entry opportunity.
Eligibility and entry limit
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. Employees, owners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members or household members of Healing Power of Touch LLC are not eligible.
Each eligible person may receive no more than one entry. The optional marketing-consent checkbox is not required to enter or win.
Drawing, odds, and winner notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing date, time, location, and winner-announcement date are To Be Announced.
Winner claim period
Each winner must claim their prize within seven calendar days after the initial public announcement by contacting Nicole Orourke at norourke@healing-power.com or (727) 313-3737. Any alternate-winner process is To Be Announced.
Prize conditions
There are two grand prizes, each consisting of wellness products and/or services valued at approximately $500. There are ten runner-up prizes, each consisting of a one-time-use $100 in massage credits/services, described as a $100 off coupon toward an eligible service.
A runner-up coupon cannot be redeemed for cash, combined with other offers, or applied to gratuities, retail products, or gift certificates. It must be used by the date specified once the coupon expiration terms are announced. Coupon expiration, eligible-service restrictions, gift-certificate terms, and final prize details are To Be Announced.
Prizes are not medical advice. Winners should consult healthcare professionals before using supplements or services, especially if they have health conditions or allergies. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prizes.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, a winner grants the sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, photograph, likeness, and social media username for promotional purposes.
Facebook, Instagram, and Meta disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from all liability related to the promotion.
Privacy and contact information
The Founding Member signup form sends each submission directly to Nicole Orourke’s inbox, including the entrant’s name and contact details. Your privacy and safety are top priorities. All client information, including health history, session notes, and personal details, is kept strictly confidential. Information is not disclosed without explicit written consent, except as required by law, such as for health or safety reasons. Records are securely stored and accessible only to limited authorized team members. Optional marketing consent is not required to enter or win.
Release and general terms
By entering, entrants agree to release Healing Power of Touch LLC and its representatives from all liability, claims, or damages arising from the promotion or prizes. The complete terms, including any changes, will be posted on this page before the promotion begins. Please do not rely on an incomplete draft of these rules as permission to enter.
